A poet called Liu Fangping in our Tang Dynasty wrote an elegant poem, shown as follows:
A Moonlight Night
When the moon has colored half the house,
With the North Star at its height and the South Star setting,
I can feel the first motions of the warm air of spring
In the singing of an insect at my green window screen.
Also Lin Daiyu, a main character of the book A Dream of Red Mansions, wrote a poem, shown as below
None can tell when the wind and rain will cease,
But already tears have soaked her window’s screen
Archaic people always express their feelings by window screen, although there are some yarn fabric, that also shows the decorative effect of window screen and the function of anti-mosquito.
Now window screen has a new development in wire mesh markets. It develops new window screen products as to enlarge its use range. It includes PVC window, fiberglass window screen, invisible window screen, stainless steel window screen etc.
If archaic people can live up to now, they may say that this society changes so fast and they can’t imagine.
