Depending on the exact specification, woven wire cloth with wire diameters of about 0.011 in. (0.28 mm) or less, shall be rolled on a wooden or cardboard roll having a diameter of about 2 in. (50 mm).
Woven wire cloth with a wire diameter greater than about 0.011 in. (0.28 mm) may be rolled up without a center roll. The heavier the wire diameter, the larger the inside diameter or the roll should be.
The method of packaging shall take into account the likelihood of the wire cloth corroding or being damaged mechanically. Any special packaging should be specified and agreed to with the supplier.
Woven wire mesh is packed in rolls, wrapped in moisture-proof paper & plastic film or other packaging material.
