When to use market grades as opposed to the tensile grades depends on your priorities. Market grade refers to “most popular” and is more ready available than the so called in between meshes. Tensile bolting mesh is lighter than normal wire diameters. The purpose is to allow greater open area and therefore, more product may flow through the mesh (for faster production). The life expectancy however is less than that of a market grade or heavier mesh, due to the lighter wire thickness.
