BOLTING GRADE – Also known as tensile bolting cloth, or TBC, this material features a square weave that is achieved via the implementation of plain weaving technology. This ensures that the finished product exhibits the desired thin structure and high permeation. The mesh also consists of a smooth, flat surface without the presence of joint knots.
MARKET GRADE – Market Grade Wire Cloth is generally accepted by the industry as the standard for wire cloth. This specification requires the wire cloth to be woven utilizing moderate wire diameters resulting in a high strength square mesh cloth, suitable for general purpose screening.
MILL GRADE – Mill Grade is wire cloth woven of lighter wire diameters than Market Grade, providing a greater percentage of useable screening open area. When greater strength or longer wear life is required consider Market Grade.
