Monel wire cloth
Monel is an alloy made of up to 67 percent nickel, 28 percent copper, and 5 percent other materials. It is more resistant to corrosion than copper in oxidizing conditions, and more resistant than plain nickel under reducing conditions. Traditionally, it has been used in food processing thanks to its good strength characteristics.
