The common thickness of demister pad is between 100 mm and 200 mm.
If the gas to be removed entrained many droplets, a thick demister pad is required.
If the gas to be removed entrained a few droplets, a thin demister pad is required.
Generally, the demister pad with a nominal diameter of 2000 mm below shall have a thickness of 100 mm.
The demister pad with a nominal diameter of 2000 mm to 5000 mm shall have a thickness of 200 mm.
