The common woven mesh for making temporary strainers is from 8 mesh up to 400 mesh.
Depending on the direction of the flow, wire mesh can be added to the inside or outside of the strainer. Made with a stainless or mild steel perforated plate core and available with wire mesh size from 1/4” to 37 microns. Our temporary strainers provide effective filtration for your piping system.
